Get Diane Sare on the Ballot
Here's what it takes to qualify in New York in 2028.
Getting on the Ballot in New York
New York is the hardest state on our list. Diane Sare needs 45,000 signatures from registered New York voters, including at least 500 in each of 13 congressional districts, all collected in about six weeks: April 18 to May 30, 2028.
It’s been done before. Diane petitioned her way onto the New York ballot for U.S. Senate in 2022 and again in 2024, and both times her volunteers turned in more than 65,000 signatures. We’re putting the 2028 team together now so we’re ready the day the window opens.
New York built the Erie Canal, the Niagara power project and the nuclear plants that once kept the state’s lights on. Diane wants it building again.

How You Can Help
We need volunteers to circulate petitions. We don’t rely on paid staff or big donations from Epstein-class billionaires. We need YOU to help us get on the ballot. Here’s how you can help:
Sign.
When the window opens, a registered New York voter’s signature is the whole ballgame. Pledge now and we’ll tell you where to sign the day it starts.
Circulate.
We’ll send you petitions and walk you through it in ten minutes. One person with a clipboard at a church supper, a farmers market or a union hall can collect dozens of signatures in an afternoon. A few volunteers like that in every part of the state is how we get it done.
Host a Signing Spot.
Your porch, your shop counter, your union hall. We list it on this page so people near you know where to go.
Tell ten people.
Send them this page.
Chip in.
Printing, gas, and legal fees.
