No Merger with Israel or Any Other Nation
(Sec. 219 House version and Sec. 1217 Senate version)
July 9, 2026—Both the House and Senate Armed Services Committees passed treasonous versions of the NDAA in June. These bills could go to the floor for a vote as early as July 13. While there is much in the 3,100-page National Defense Authorization Act to be concerned about, the most egregious threat to the survival of our republic, and the entire human race, is the section proposing to merge all aspects of our defense department with the State of Israel. To quote Section 219 of the House version of the bill, this would include “cooperation” in the following areas:
1. Counter-Unmanned Systems including aerial, maritime, and ground platforms.
2. Anti-tunneling and subterranean threats.
3. Missile and air defense technologies.
4. Artificial intelligence, quantum, machine learning, and autonomous systems.
5. Directed energy and advanced sensing.
6. Cyber defense, electronic warfare, and digital resilience.
7. Biotechnology, biomanufacturing, and medical defense.
8. Network integration, data fusion, and contested logistics.
9. Defense industrial base cooperation, manufacturing, and co-production.
10. Other emerging technologies as jointly agreed by the United States and Israel.
Committing to such cooperation with ANY foreign country would be a threat to the national security of the United States and the safety of the American people. The American and British military were not linked like this even during World War II when we were fighting Hitler together. But it is not just any country; it is Israel: a state that is currently run by war criminals who are committing genocide and ethnic cleansing against Palestine and Lebanon. In Israel today, cabinet members publicly call for starving children to death and celebrate raping prisoners who have been charged with no crimes while the world looks on in horror and the corrupted members of the U.S. Congress reward Bibi Netanyahu, murderer in chief, with 52 standing ovations and billions of dollars in weapons.
Bibi’s Problem
The problem for Bibi and his Epstein-affiliated billionaire donors is that the American people have had enough. The American people reject funding the mass murder of children while destroying our economy at home. Candidates who reject genocide, like New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, are winning Democratic Primary elections for Congress. That’s why Netanyahu is nervous. He doesn’t want to have to ask a new Congress for billions of dollars because they might not approve it. He’d prefer to have access to the entire U.S. military budget!! That’s what this is. It is Treason.
We Can Stop This
The American people must mobilize and force House Section 219 and Senate Section 1217 to be stripped from the NDAA. We know Congress is feeling the heat when someone as unprincipled as Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA) tells the Wall Street Journal, “It’s my position that the provision should be stripped out.” Just a few weeks earlier Smith had argued vehemently against the amendment introduced by Reps. Khanna and Massie to remove it from the bill. Smith admits that pressure from his constituents, not a change of heart, led him to shift his position.
Call your congressmen today and every day until their office confirms that they will not pass the NDAA if it includes any provision to merge our military with Israel or any other nation. In this 250th anniversary year of our Declaration of Independence, let’s heed Ben Franklin’s admonition and keep our Republic.
